She recalled how her pregnancy routine included everything from acupuncture and breathing exercises to yoga, pelvic floor therapy, walking, and weight training. “I was doing everything. I felt stronger physically than I ever had before,” she said.

The 28-year-old revealed that instead of spontaneous labor, amniotic fluid started leaking at 39 weeks, and doctors induced labor. “That was not fun,” she said, adding that her water was broken manually and she endured labor without an epidural. The entire process took 18 hours. “Giving birth was the hardest thing I’ve ever done,” she admitted.

Shortly after delivery, Hailey Bieber suffered from postpartum hemorrhage, a serious complication that affects 1 to 5% of births. “I was bleeding really badly, and people die, and the thought crosses your mind,” she revealed. Despite the danger, she trusted her doctor completely.

Opening up about postpartum emotions, she said, “Being postpartum is the most sensitive time I’ve ever gone through… Learning a new version of myself is very difficult.” The situation worsened under online scrutiny. “People being like, they’re getting divorced, and they’re this and they’re not happy. It is such a mindf**k.”

Hailey Bieber revealed that she found comfort in Ariana Grande’s quote: “I don’t invite it in anymore.” That sentiment helped her reclaim peace. “I have a real life. My real life is that I get to wake up to my beautiful family and my son and my friends and I have people that know me and love me and I love them,” she shared.
