If you want to capitalise on CD Projekt’s generosity with The Witcher 3: Remastered, there are some very cheap deals around this weekend.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Remastered is set to close out a packed September, following the likes of Control Resonant, Silent Hill: Townfall, and Marvel’s Wolverine.

The remaster, which boasts improved combat and graphics, launches on Tuesday, September 29 across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC.

Better yet, if you have already bought the game – physically or digitally – across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, or PC, you can get an upgrade to the remaster completely free.

Developer CD Projekt is giving everyone access to both expansions, Hearts Of Stone and Blood And Wine, for free as well. It’s a surprisingly generous move, which they’re no doubt hoping will pay off when the next expansion, Songs Of The Past, launches in 2027.
