Good News Imminent From Pregnant Wife Sarah Jane as Dak Prescott Does the ‘Hip-Whip’ at NASCAR Race

Dak Prescott seems to be having a grand time somewhere out there. He’s slowly recovering from the season-ending hamstring injury that made him sit on the IR last season. And it looks like he will be able to be a part of the Cowboys’ OTAs this season. Whether or not he will play in the league, though, remains to be seen. Meanwhile, back in October last year, he also got engaged to Sarah Jane Ramos. And now, there’s some big news right around the corner for the Cowboys QB.

For the unversed, Sarah Jane Ramos and Dak Prescott have been together since they were first seen back in 2023. Back in the same season, the Cowboys had just beaten the Giants in the week 1 game. It was then that Sarah had first shared an IG story, hugging Prescott and wearing a Cowboys leather jacket. Fast forward to February 2024, the couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Margaret Jane Rose Prescott.

“When you wake up in the morning and you see that baby, you understand responsibilities. And everything that I’ve always wanted for myself, but you want that for somebody else even more. Yeah, it’s special.” Dak said last year. Moreover, his desire to have a girl was etched in the urge to honor his late mother, who passed away in 2013.

October 2024 saw the couple getting engaged, and in December, Sarah announced that she was expecting their 2nd child. And for the Prescott family, it looks like baby no. 2 could be here very soon. Dak and Sarah had planned to keep their children close in age so they could share a close bond. Very much like the bond Ramos shared with her own siblings! The couple had also announced that their due date would be 22 May 2025.

Just recently, she also revealed that they are expecting another daughter. May is here, and Sarah Jane Ramos shared a story on her Instagram with the caption, “Any day now lil mama.” As the 22nd is just weeks away, one can only imagine the excitement Prescott and Ramos are feeling at this moment. The couple has also made another important announcement recently, the middle name of their 2nd daughter.

The middle name – Rayne – is a tribute to Prescott’s own name. And it’s a gesture that speaks volumes about the family bond these two wish to nourish. When Sarah announced her pregnancy, she said, “I can’t wait to watch MJ and her baby sister grow together,” and now we know the couple is literally counting days.

But while they wait, they are also showing up and showing out. Ramos’ IG story is originally a collaborative post by Richard Childress Racing and two others, featuring Dak and Sarah with the gang at the Texas Motor Speedway. And while the couple was diving into the world of NASCAR at The Würth 400 in Fort Worth, Prescott took a chance to show the racers a glimpse into his gridiron skills.

The post carousel by Richard Childress Racing featured Dak and Sarah with fellow Cowboys stars. There’s TE Jake Ferguson, fellow QB Will Grier, and OL Dakoda Shepley. And what do you do when you find teammates anywhere? Well, if you listen to Dak Prescott, you practice. And that’s exactly what he did. In a viral video post that’s making rounds on the internet, Prescott was seen playing catch with a football on the pit road along with the NASCAR boys.

In the video, Dak Prescott was doing his iconic ‘hip-whip’ warm-up as he played catch. While everyone was gearing up for a 267-lap race, Prescott decided to give the crowd a peek into the Cowboys’ practice routine. That’s franchise QB energy right there. We spent 2024 watching Prescott on a crutch, reeling from the season-ending hamstring injury. And now, we can finally see this talented QB up and at it, moving around and simply being a total sport. No wonder the fans ate it all up.

As the 2025 season draws near, Dak Prescott has a lot to look forward to. Welcoming his second baby daughter, possibly even getting married after their engagement announcement last year. And he’s also going to participate in the OTAs. After the setback his career on the gridiron faced last year, we can happily say that, as far as Prescott goes, this year’s gonna be just great.
