Fans of the show are wondering about Willow’s future and are worried whether she will ever lead a good life.

In a recent interview with Soaps.com, Katelyn MacMullen spoke about her character’s future. Knowing what Willow has been through, the interviewer asked MacMullen about her next steps.

“Even when this first the storyline first started, I had no idea where it was going,” MacMullen responded. “But I think the writers have done such an amazing job of surprising us. So I’m really excited to see where they take it,” she shared.

“I sort of thought about maybe the mental-health aspect of things Willow has been through,” the actress further added. “I think [it] would be interesting [to explore that], and I would love to see Willow kind of come to terms with the things that are maybe internal that are driving her behavior. That could be really interesting to explore,” MacMullen shared.

MacMullen later explained that Willow might benefit from therapy. “Put her on a therapist’s couch and see what comes to light!” she shared. “I think she’s a little lost right now, but it’ll be interesting to see where she ends up going.”
