General Chat Question: Can a website that encourages lethal attacks against president Trump be reported? And if so, how/where do I do it?

I use an image storage sight called IMGUR. Unfortunately it is a hard left crowd and today I see something that disturbs me enough to act. This goes beyond free speech imho.
