Fuming Chris Hughes defends age gap with JoJo Siwa after being branded ‘creepy’

CHRIS Hughes has furiously hit back after his 11-year age gap with JoJo Siwa was branded “creepy”.

The Celebrity Big Brother stars have been fuelling rumours of a romance since developing a tight bond in the house.

But 32-year-old Chris has suffered online abuse about his closeness to JoJo, 21, who left the country today wearing his clothes.

Commenting on a picture of them together playing tennis yesterday, a troll wrote: “Damn this is inappropriate.”

Chris replied saying: “I have friends who are 50+ too, you weirdo.”

The pair will be spending time apart for the first time in three weeks after JoJo was spotted at the airport heading back to America.

Since leaving the house on Friday night, JoJo and Chris were pictured having a meal with friends at the country club as well as enjoying a game of tennis.

They also had a joint interview on This Morning where they insisted their love for each other is “platonic”.

However, JoJo confirmed she broke up with her girlfriend Kath Ebbs at the CBB aferparty.

In a scathing TikTok that has since been deleted, Kath revealed her shock at the sudden split – and suggested that her ex “fell in love” with Chris, 32, on the programme.
