Four dozen protesters were arrested Tuesday evening as up to 2,000 outraged anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement protestors descended on Foley Square in lower Manhattan — the second day of an “ICE out of NYC” gathering to push back on mass deportations of ICE detainees.
