Four dozen protesters were arrested Tuesday evening as up to 2,000 outraged anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement protestors descended on Foley Square in lower Manhattan — the second day of an “ICE out of NYC” gathering to push back on mass deportations of ICE detainees. The crowd gathered around 5 p.m. just steps away from an ICE facility at 26 Federal Plaza, and shouted “f–k you, f–k ICE” and “No ICE, no KKK, no fascist USA” to vent their frustrations with the Trump administration and its hasty — and massive — deportations.
