First ‘Wake Up Dead Man’ Trailer Pulls the ‘Knives Out’ on Daniel Craig’s Benoit Blanc and Uncovers a 2025 Release Date

Mere days after Netflix released the first teaser for Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery, the film just got a much more complete look. Netflix has finally released the first official trailer for the Wake Up Dead Man, the third installment in Rian Johnson’s whodunnit franchise, as Tudum festivities are fully underway. The trailer features the return of Benoit Blanc, the well-articulated and brilliant detective portrayed by Daniel Craig. Craig’s Blanc is the only character to appear in all three Knives Out films. Netflix has also announced that Knives Out 3 will be released on the streamer on November 25, with a small theatrical release the week before its debut on the platform. It seems Craig’s wishes for a full theatrical release for Wake Up Dead Man were not fruitful.
