CBS has always been able to rely on Paramount+ to deliver some of the biggest streaming hits in the world, and right now, it’s Taylor Sheridan and his legendary Western empire making the network a fortune right now. Sheridan’s original neo-Western drama, Yellowstone, is once again the #1 show in the world on Paramount+, where it streams globally, with the exception of America, where the show has found a home on Peacock courtesy of NBCUniversal. Sheridan also has other shows like Dutton Ranch and Tulsa King dominating Paramount Plus right now, along with the first season of Marshals, which was Sheridan’s first-ever network show. CBS even announced yesterday, as part of a wider range of release date confirmations, that Marshals Season 2 will officially premiere on October 4, with new episodes releasing weekly after Episode 1.
