Fearne Cotton’s ex Jesse Wood welcomes fifth child with Made In Chelsea star

Fearne Cotton’s ex husband Jesse Wood, 49, has welcomed his fifth child with Made In Chelsea’s Gemma Gregory, 40.

The couple, who announced that they’re expecting a child together in April, shared the happy news that they welcomed a son named Indigo Robin Charles Wood on Sunday.

Jesse, who is the son of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, is seen cradling the newborn in a sweet black and white photo shared to Instagram.

Gemma wrote: ‘Our perfect little Indigo Robin Charles Wood was born 23/08/26 which happens to be the same August birthday as his biggest sister, Lola! Happy 21st beautiful and welcome to the ride little dude…

‘He is heavenly. So chill and CUTE! He squeaks like a little cub and smells like meadows!  He’s very lucky to have the best gang of siblings, OBSESSED mama and papa and will be surrounded by love forever and always.’

Gemma is a mother to an 11-year-old son from a previous relationship.

Meanwhile Jesse shares two children, Rex, 13, and Honey, nine, with presenter Fearne and two children, Lola, 21, and Arthur, 24, with his first wife Tilly Wood.

Jesse and Gemma have made no secret of their romance, with sources previously claiming they were ‘very happy and in love’.

The musician has not spoken publicly about his divorce since Fearne, 44, broke the news. She wrote online at the time: ‘It is with a heavy heart that I let you all know that Jesse and I are ending our marriage.

‘Our priority has been and always will be our children.’

Fearne made a brief mention of the split when she appeared on Lorraine last March, saying: ‘It’s all very amicable and the kids are doing great. I am in a very good place.’

The former Top of the Pops presenter has also moved on, going public with television director Elliot Hegarty last year, which Jo Wood, Ronnie’s ex-wife, who helped to raise Jesse, said ‘shocked’ her.

‘I didn’t expect Fearne to have a new boyfriend. And Jesse was devastated,’ she said in 2025.

‘But sometimes in life, you have to go through these things. It may be daunting at first, but every cloud has a silver lining. Nothing lasts forever. I hope Fearne will be very happy.

‘I’m sure Jesse’s going to be very happy. These things work out. Their time was up – they had to move on.’

Fearne has made it clear that happiness is her priority as she navigates her new chapter.

‘One of the most important things is the people around you – and that is the most important thing in life,’ she told Closer in August.

‘We need good people around us, but we have got to do the work. It is bloody hard.

‘When you start liking yourself and loving yourself, you want to feel better as you know you deserve it.’
