Fans Warn Hugh Jackman to ‘Stay Away’ From Ryan Reynolds & Blake Lively

Hugh Jackman recently reunited with his Deadpool & Wolverine co-star Ryan Reynolds and his wife, Blake Lively, at a screening of Lively’s new film Another Simple Favor. Once photos of the reunion made their way online, several fans began warning Jackman to distance himself from Reynolds and Lively. This is due to Reynolds and Lively being currently embroiled in a legal battle with Justin Baldoni.

Hugh Jackman recently attended a screening of Blake Lively’s new movie, Another Simple Favor. Jackman could be seen hugging and kissing both Lively and Reynolds and posing for pictures with them at the event.

Jackman later uploaded a picture of himself, Reynolds, and Deadpool & Wolverine’s director, Shawn Levy, on Instagram. “We 3. (Simple as that!),” he captioned the wholesome snap.

Many fans, concerned for Jackman’s reputation due to the current legal controversy surrounding Reynolds and Lively, took to the comments section to implore Jackman to reconsider his appearances with Lively and Reynolds.

“You look great together but Ryan is trouble,” one fan commented. “Might wanna stay away from that side for awhile.” The fan also advised Jackman to take a “break” from the friendship if he wished to keep his “head above water.”

Another fan replied to this comment by agreeing with the sentiments. “Was a huge fan of them but after spending time going through the legal filings, the evidence is quite clear,” they wrote. “Very close to unfollowing HJ as well…very disappointing that he is cosigning this behavior.”

Meanwhile, another fan was conflicted in their opinion of Jackman due to his friendship with Reynolds. “I really liked Hugh before Ryan….not that I don’t like him. Just……..,” they wrote.

However, not all comments were negative, and there were multiple supportive or positive comments.

“Telling someone to drop their friends, when you don’t even know anyone in the situation you are talking about…That’s pretty messed up,” one fan wrote.
