Elsa Pataky meets Pink backstage after pop star's Melbourne concert

It seems Pink has fans in every corner of the globe – including in the celebrity world.

Actress Elsa Pataky, who lives most of the year in Byron Bay with husband Chris Hemsworth and the couple's children, enjoyed a night out at the pop star's concert in Melbourne.

Spanish-born Pataky, 47, shared photos and videos from the Funhouse singer's daring acrobatic gig at Marvel Stadium, and even got to meet the pop star herself backstage.

Pataky posted snaps from the evening on Instagram, revealing she and her pals were lucky enough to meet Pink after the show.

"Girls night to go and see @pink in concert. You are amazing @pink," she wrote, alongside a photo of everyone, with Pink seen in the middle.

"Thanks for making Molly feel so special on her birthday."

Pataky also shared the same caption in her native language, Spanish.

Attending the concert alongside her famous mum was Pataky and Hemsworth's youngest child, 11-year-old India Rose, and some of her friends.

Pink even spent some time with the group and brought out a cake for Molly, who was celebrating her birthday.

The singer gave the fans their own private show, serenading them with her dulcet tones as she sang a quick Happy Birthday song.

On Pataky's Instagram Stories, she gave her 5.9 million fans a glimpse of what Pink's concert looks like – including the So What! Singer flying through the stadium during one of her signature death-defying aerial stunts.

Pink has been touring Australia for the past few weeks as part of her  'Summer Carnival' stadium tour, which kicked off in Sydney on February 9.

It marks the first time she has toured Down Under in six years.

The US pop star is playing another show in Melbourne tonight, before she heads to Adelaide for one night only on February 27. She will then play in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Townsville in March.
