Electric Forest is returning to Rothbury, Michigan for another enchanting year of top-notch performances, immersive activities, and splendiferous side quests. Taking place June 25-28, the 2026 edition will welcome adventurous music lovers for a monumental year as the festival is completely sold out.

Ravers can expect standout performances from juggernauts Chris Lake, GRiZ, Kaskade, Levity, Odd Mob, and more. At the heart of Electric Forest, the legendary Sherwood Forest will come alive with technicolor lights and booming music. Festival-goers can track down fairy houses, uncover secret sets, and visit the Time Travel Agency to get started on their quest.

Attendees can take a ride in a hot air balloon, get lost within the Dream Emporium, keep the festival clean by participating in Prize Cart, and even indulge in immersive food experiences. Reminder to Mind Your Belongings:

Unfortunately, many festival-goers have reported pickpockets, bag slashings, and theft of wallets, smartphones, purses, and other valuables. While this small number of bad apples in the bunch doesn’t define an entire crowd, some opportunistic people come to these events to take advantage of unsuspecting partygoers. It’s essential to be mindful of your valuables while at Electric Forest.

Electric Forest 2026 – Dos & Don’ts:

Permitted Items
One factory-sealed bottle of water allowed in the venue, no more than one gallon Empty hydration packs and reusable water bottles A reasonable amount of alcohol (one case of beer and one box of wine per person 21+) and unlimited water in campgrounds Medical prescriptions in their original bottle with label attached Small, handheld speakers Small, Coleman-style propane grills Factory sealed, single-dose Naloxone nasal spray devices (4mg per dose)
General Prohibited Items
No fireworks, flying prayer lanterns, or explosives No grills, open flame, candles, or charcoal (except small, Coleman-style camp stoves) No generators. RVs with built-in generators that run off the RV’s gas are permitted. External fuel generators, such as IE gas, diesel, or kerosene, and gas cans are not permitted. Solar generators are exempt. No gas or fuel cans of any kind (except for small propane containers up to 1lb for camp stoves listed above) No box trucks No large sound systems (and if neighbors ask to turn your music down, please respect their wishes) No glass (mirrors are allowed) No kegs or hard liquor No drones No laser pointers No illegal substances No nitrous oxide No weapons of any kind No tiki torches No golf clubs No hammers No unauthorized merchandise No helium tanks No bicycles, skateboards, or scooters No boats or hard-sided floatation devices No OneWheels No Native American headdresses No Confederate flags No threatening signs or apparel
In-Venue Prohibited Items
No outside alcohol, food, or beverage (exception: see Water Policy below) No laser pointers No chairs, beach chairs, or lawn furniture No inflatable furniture (WindPouches or similar that do not require an air pump will be allowed, but not between the Ranch Arena Stage and the tree line of Ranch Arena) No audio recording equipment, professional cameras, or video equipment No glass or glass containers of any kind No knives of any kind No framed or large backpacks No picnic baskets No tents No bicycles, skateboards, or scooters No wagons, strollers, or carts No OneWheels No frisbees No large markers, paint pens, or spray paint No unauthorized soliciting, advertising, handbills, posters, product sampling, giveaways, etc. No Native American headdresses No Confederate flags No threatening signs or apparel
Totem Guidelines
Totems must not be over 7 feet tall Totem sticks should be made of something light — no wood or metal No threatening messages on totems
