East London 'canal push' incidents: Man charged after four alleged assaults in one day

A man has been charged with four counts of common assault after four people were allegedly 'slammed' on an East London canal path - Samuel Flowers, 38, appeared at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
