Early voting begins Monday in Georgia for Presidential Primary

In-person, early voting for the Presidential Preference Primary began Monday in Georgia and will last through March 8. Election Day is March 12.

Georgia voters have three weeks before Election Day for early voting, including two Saturdays. Your county can also offer voting on Sunday.

What is required?

Georgia law requires photo identification when voting, either in person or absentee. It’s the way your county ensures it’s you casting your ballot and not someone who isn’t eligible to vote.

What IDs are acceptable for in-person voting?
