€90 for a 'cita previa': Spain's residency appointment scams worsen

For years, Spain has been unable to stop criminal gangs and law firms that charge desperate foreigners tens or hundreds of euros to get residency appointments which ought to be free but are all booked up by bots. Now the problem is getting worse.
