Robert Downey Jr.'s Ironman might have departed the MCU, but the use of advanced technology to battle evil and save the world remains very much in play. Disney+ will be debuting its Ironheart series on June 24, and the show will bring Dominque Thorne’s Riri Williams to the fore as she battles evil in an Ironheart-centric show. A recently released trailer sees the character squaring up as the last line of defense against Anthony Ramos's villainous Hood, a character that specializes in magic and sorcery. Thorne's Riri Williams arrived in the MCU in the 2022 film, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and the coming series will see her take to the skies for the first time since.
