The Last of Usseason 2, episode 3 took place in the emotional aftermath of Joel's death, but it still managed to include a hilarious detail that fans will appreciate. "The Path" gives the audience little time to mourn Joel before it jumps three months later to see where the characters are now and how they are dealing with this great loss. Not surprisingly, Ellie is set on revenge, which now feels like a real possibility after being released from the hospital and learning that Dina knows more about Joel's killers than she initially revealed.
