January was merciless for Denverโ€™s gymnastics team, with beam scores plummeting below 49.000 thrice, including a crushing 47.975 season opener. But Denver, who were plummeting to 18th in the road to Nationals rankings, shocked everyone at NCAA Regionals, upsetting Stanford and tying 4th-ranked Utah. Their miracle run continued when they toppled 10th-ranked Minnesota to finish third overall in the Regional Final, behind only championship finalists UCLA and Utah.

This was Denverโ€™s sixth consecutive Regional Final appearance, and Associate Head Coach Linas Gaveika played a part in engineering this success since 2013. Denver, who were already looking forward to the NCAA Championships next season, had an earthquake, which they werenโ€™t ready for. Gaveika announced his departure. Days later, Assistant Coach Stephen Hood followed suit.

But there might not only be it for Denver, a new thing going around can leave Denver more worried, which has fansโ€™ reaction to it.

The shockwaves exploded on Saturday about 19-year-old standout Madison Ulrich. According to one X account, Madison Ulrich might be in the transfer portal, the Twitter account read:โ€ MADISON ULRICH IN THE PORTAL????????? ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ,โ€

To this one fan noted,โ€ Thatโ€™s a devastating blow to Denver in addition to losing all the other coaches. Also, I couldnโ€™t tell you for how long but I checked her insta and sheโ€™s following Clemson,โ€
