Deputy mayor lays wreath at Elstree War Memorial

Borehamwood and Elstree residents gathered for a Service of Remembrance at the Elstree War Memorial, where deputy mayor Cllr Tushar Kumar laid a wreath to honour those who gave their lives for freedom.
