Dark Knights of Steel II and the Dark Knights of Steel comics that came before it have introduced a ton of excellent redesigns for iconic DC characters, including Batman. It’s outstanding to see how Superman might look dressed in royal garb as Prince Kal-El of the kingdom of Metropolis, for example, and many characters have been given high-fantasy archetypes that suit their original iconography well, such as Harley Quinn being the House of El’s court jester and royal adviser.
