The official synopsis of Million Dollar Secret Season 3 reads, “Faced with elimination and sequestered in a lavish mansion, a slew of celebrity contestants must outwit their competition and identify the recipient of a million dollars hiding among them. This time the stakes are higher than ever, as the players are all public figures who have even fewer places to hide as they navigate the ever-changing game of deception. Do they have what it takes to keep their Million Dollar Secret?”

Million Dollar Secret premiered on Netflix in 2025 and concluded its sophomore season earlier this year. British comedian Peter Serafinowicz returns to host the upcoming celebrity iteration.

The format follows contestants who are staying at a luxurious lakeside resort. At the beginning, one player receives a $1,000,000 grand prize but must keep it a secret. The secret millionaire must maintain their hidden identity while other players try to uncover who it is and become a millionaire themselves.

The Mafia-esque game blends deception and strategy, drawing comparisons to similar game shows such as The Traitors and The Mole.
