D4vd update: Girl who resembles singer's dead friend Celeste Rivas seen at his concert in late August

TMZ has found footage of a woman who resembles Celeste Rivas at his Silver Spring, Maryland on August 24. If the woman in the clip is Rivas it will help police narrow down her whereabouts.
