D4vd update: Girl who resembles rapper's dead friend Celeste Rivas is spied at his late August concert

TMZ has found footage of a woman who resembles Celeste Rivas at his Silver Spring, Maryland on August 24. If the woman in the clip is Rivas it will help police narrow down her whereabouts.
