Conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel have sparked fresh speculation about whether they have a newborn baby in a cryptic update.

The siblings have left more questions unanswered weeks after they were seen holding the baby in a car seat near a car in Arden Hills, Minnesota, in mid-August.

The duo uploaded a TikTok video with a compilation of pics of them with the young child, captioned ‘blessed’.

The post left fans with ‘so many questions’ and did not confirm if the baby is theirs.

TikToker Sharon Anne asked: ‘Is this their child? Or babysitting?’

The twins, both 35, shot to fame on reality TV and first appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show in 1996 when they were just six-years-old.

Abby and Brittany did hint all the way back in 2003 that they were interested in having kids, during the documentary ‘Joined for Life’.

Before the buzz erupted over the baby photos, they were last in the public spotlight a year prior when it was revealed Abby had married dad-of-one Joshua Bowling three years before in 2021.

Joshua shared a wedding day picture on his Facebook, showing the couple with Brittany.

Abby also became a stepmother to Joshua’s daughter from a previous relationship, according to TMZ.

The sisters, who work as teachers in Minnesota, are the rarest conjoined twins because they come from a single fertilised egg that failed to fully separate in the womb.

In January this year, they revealed how their two bodies are partially-joined.

The pair have two brains, two spinal cords and two hearts, but share organs from below the waist.

Each twin has a different appetite because their two stomachs and esophagi operate independently.
