Claudia Cardinale, Iconic Actress Of Italian Cinema, Passes Away At 87

Actress Claudia Cardinale died on Tuesday at the age of 87 in Nemours, near Paris, France. Her agent, Laurent Savry, reported her death to the AFP. Cardinale broke onto the scene in the 1960s and became one of the most prominent Italian stars of her generation, winning three David di Donatello Awards, Italy's equivalent of the Academy Award.
