Despite competition from Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which is shaping up to deliver one of the biggest box-office debuts of all time, The Odyssey is poised to deliver the best third-weekend haul of Christopher Nolan's illustrious career. The epic fantasy has already defied expectations to gross more than $700 million worldwide in two weeks, and powered by an exclusive IMAX run, the movie will likely pass the $830 million-plus lifetime haul of Nolan's Inceptionthis weekend. Domestically, the movie will conclude its third frame at around the $400 million mark, having already overtaken Nolan's Oppenheimer.
