Chris Pratt has been booked and busy in 2026, and it all goes back to his first feature film of the year, Mercy. Pratt teamed up with Rebecca Ferguson for the AI sci-fi thriller that grossed over $50 million at the box office before becoming one of the year's most-watched movies on Prime Video. Pratt returned to box office glory thanks to his role as Mario in The Super Mario Galaxy Movie (co-starring Anya Taylor-Joy), which was also the first film of 2026 to reach the fabled $1 billion milestone at the global box office. Near the end of November, Pratt is set to team up with Linda Cardellini for a new military thriller/action comedy, Way of the Warrior Kid, in which he stars as a Navy SEAL who teaches his young nephew to find his inner strength.
