2026 has been a roller-coaster year for Chris Pratt, who starred in one of the first movies of the year to hit the big screen. Pratt teamed up with Rebecca Ferguson for the AI sci-fi thriller, Mercy, which struggled at the box office, grossing only $54 million at the box office against a $60 million budget. The film did find redemption as one of the most-watched movies of the year on both Prime Video and MGM+. Pratt returned to box office glory earlier in the year with the debut of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, the sequel that grossed over $1 billion at the global box office. Pratt has a few new projects coming to streaming before the end of this year, and one of them just got an exciting update.
