Chocolate treat recalled in 39 states over fears it can cause 'life-threatening' allergic reactions

Colorado-based Hammond's Candies has voluntarily recalled its Dark Chocolate Filled Mini Waffle Cones due to containing undeclared milk. One person suffered an allergic reaction.
