The Boston Celtics lost in more ways than one on Monday night.

Superstar Jayson Tatum left Game 4 against the New York Knicks with what appeared to be a lower leg injury as the Celtics lost 121-113 to fall behind 3-1 in their second-round series.

With just over three minutes remaining in the third quarter, Tatum lunged for a loose ball and immediately fell to the court in visible agony.

He buried his face in a towel in obvious pain while grabbing at his leg above the ankle after the non-contact injury.

The six-time all-star was unable to put any pressure on his right leg as he was helped off the court by training staff.

Tatum scored 42 points, his high in these playoffs, before he was hurt. He was seen in a wheelchair in the tunnel after being taken off.
