CBS viewers in Anchorage had a bad Sunday night. Instead of the Chargers-Giants game, the CBS stream kept glitching. Suddenly, fans found themselves watching the Commanders-Falcons game instead.
Confused and frustrated, plenty took to social media. One viewer complained, “CBS latency is abysmal. We’re talking like a full minute delay at times.” Another asked, “Hey CBS, wtf is WAS-ATL doing on my screen???”
The Anchorage CBS affiliate is having a rough time trying to show the Chargers-Giants game.
The technical difficulties have even led to randomly switching to the Commanders-Falcons game at times.

Meanwhile, the official CBS message only offered, “An error has occurred, but we’re working on fixing it. We’ll be up and running again shortly!” NFL Premium+ streams blew the Paramount+ feed out of the water, with some replays showing up twice before the live event happened.
The fans even pointed out that if you don’t pay for Sunday Ticket, forget catching the game on CBS smoothly. It was a messy evening full of buffer, confusion, and rattled fans. Definitely not what Sunday night football should look like.
