Techno titan Carl Cox trades festival mainstages for one of Los Angeles’ most storied ballrooms this November.
Factory 93 is bringing techno legend Carl Cox back to Los Angeles on Friday, November 6, for a headline performance at the world famous Hollywood Palladium.
Insomniac‘s underground house and techno arm has placed one of dance music’s most beloved figures inside a 1940s Sunset Boulevard ballroom that has hosted everyone from Frank Sinatra to Jay-Z. It will be a comparatively intimate setting for a selector who spends most of his calendar commanding festival mainstages and Ibiza superclubs.
Nearly four decades into his career, Cox remains the genre’s great constant. The three-deck wizardry, the “Oh yes, oh yes” catchphrase Factory 93 borrowed for its announcement, and a touring schedule that would exhaust artists half his age have kept him at the center of techno’s conversation since the acid house era. Recently, he was even dubbed Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) during The King’s Birthday Honours List 2026, and he’s currently holding down a Sunday residency at the hot, new Ibiza superclub [UNVRS].
The undercard is also a great look for Factory 93’s expert curation. OMRI., the Tel Aviv-born talent whose hybrid sets have made him one of the melodic circuit’s fastest risers, takes the slot ahead of Cox, with Kidoo and Athena opening the night in order of appearance. The promoter is framing the evening as a rhythm-packed journey rather than a stacked bill, a structure that rewards early arrival. Doors open at 7pm, and the night is 18+.
Tickets for Carl Cox at the Hollywood Palladium go on sale Friday, August 7. Purchase yours via Insomniac.
