The sequence seemingly takes place before Sam and Joaquin Torres (Danny Ramirez), the new Falcon, begin their mission to confront Sidewinder and the SERPENT terrorist group. Set in Washington, D.C., the scene focuses on uncovering classified objectives supposedly authorized by President Ross’ administration. The theatrical cut of the film does not include this scene.

Marvel Studios has included three deleted scenes in the digital release of Captain America: Brave New World, which came out in theaters in February 2025. The film launches on digital platforms, such as Apple TV and Amazon, on April 15, 2025. Further, the studio plans to release the 4K Blu-ray/DVD version on May 13, 2025.

The other bonus features highlight Sam Wilson’s history in the MCU, examine the film’s antagonists—including the Leader (Tim Blake Nelson), Sidewinder, and President Ross/Red Hulk (Ford)—and feature a gag reel and audio commentary from director Julius Onah.

The cast includes Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Carl Lumbly, Liv Tyler, Tim Blake Nelson, and Giancarlo Esposito. Julius Onah directed the film, with Kevin Feige and Nate Moore serving as producers. The Captain America 4 deleted scene appears in the extended content available through the home media release.
