The Vancouver Canucks will have their captain back as they continue a road trip through the Central Division.
Quinn Hughes will return to the lineup Monday against the Nashville Predators after missing four games with a lower-body injury.
“I feel good and I’m excited to play,” Hughes said.
Hughes has one goal and seven points in nine games this season. The Canucks went 1-3 without him in the lineup, including a 5-2 loss to the Minnesota Wild on Saturday.
The Canucks have been dealing with injuries all season and are still without Conor Garland, Victor Mancini, Derek Forbort, Teddy Blueger, Jonathan Lekkerimaki, Filip Chytil and Nils Hoglander as the calendar flips to November.
