Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile is shutting down

After barely a year on the market, Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile is winding down. Activision has confirmed that the mobile version of the hit battle royale won’t receive any more seasonal updates or new content, and it’s been pulled from app stores as of May 18th. Real-money purchases are already disabled, and those who haven’t installed the app by the cutoff date will lose access for good. The move marks a sudden end to a high-profile mobile release that aimed to bring the full Warzone experience to mobile-first audiences.
