The emergency services found the Brit after receiving an alert around 9:47pm on Sunday.

They rushed to the horrifying scene in San Antonio where paramedics were able to stabilise the teenager.

Medics then took him to the Can Misses Hospital where he was treated for head trauma and serious multiple injuries, as reported by the Ibiza and Formentera Health Area (Asef).

From there he was airlifted by helicopter to the Son Espases Hospital, in Mallorca.

The teenager remains in a very serious condition, doctors told Periodico de Ibiza.

It is thought that the Brit fell from the third floor of the Ibiza property above the street but the police are still investigating.

It is not yet known if he was on holiday on the island or living there.
