A lot of Brandon Sanderson's favorite RPGs are the ones you'd expect — Dark Souls, The Witcher 3, and Fallout: New Vegas, for example. If it's an acclaimed RPG titan of the 21st century, the odds are that Sanderson loves it just as much as the average fan. One of his favorites, however, is substantially different from most games on his list.
