At the F1 premiere in Mexico City, Brad Pitt took a moment to reflect on his journey through life’s ups and downs. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight on June 9, the actor shared that he has learned to embrace his mistakes as part of the process. He said, “No matter the mistake, you know, you just learn from it and move on. It’ll lead to the next success.”

Pitt also emphasized the importance of personal connections to him. He said, “Really, I think you get to my age and see how important it is to surround yourself with the people you know, the people you love, the people that love you back. Friends, family, and that’s it.” 

These reflections came after a more in-depth interview Pitt gave to GQ in May. In that interview, he described his life today as “contained” and “secure.” Speaking to the outlet, the actor said that his personal life has always garnered significant media attention. He added, “Or some version of my personal life, let’s put it that way.”

When asked if working on the action-packed F1 film was a kind of escape from constant media attention, Pitt said he didn’t see it that way. The actor said, “It’s been an annoyance I’ve had to always deal with in different degrees, large and small, as I do the things I really want to do. So, it’s always been this kind of nagging time suck or waste of time, if you let it be that. Mostly, I feel pretty.”

Pitt’s personal life has remained in the spotlight, especially after his 2016 split from Angelina Jolie. Though they were declared legally single in 2019, their divorce wasn’t finalized until December 2024. They share six children. Pitt is currently dating Ines de Ramon, a jewelry designer, and the two have been together since late 2022.
