A 14-year-old boy was stabbed to death on his way to play football with friends in a park, a court heard.
Ibrahima Seck died after from a single stab wound after he was allegedly attacked by three youths in New Moston, Manchester, at 5pm on Sunday.
He ran to a nearby house for help but died in hospital less than an hour later, Manchester Youth Court heard.
The three youths, two aged 14 and one aged 16, who cannot be identified because they are under 18, are accused of his murder.
Rebecca Macauley-Addison, prosecuting, said Ibrahima was on his way to play football when he was stabbed.

A 37-year-old woman and a 14-year-old girl who were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender have been released on bail pending further inquiries.
