Amethyst Martinez has joined Bloomberg News as an equities reporter. She has been freelancing for the US Sun and interned this past year for The Daily Beast. Last year, Martinez was a Dow Jones News Fund intern who worked at Barron’s. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Rider University and a master’s degree from Columbia University.
