Bloodied driver is found with a gunshot wound on the side of the road after crashing allegedly stolen car

The 38-year-old was allegedly shot before crashing the Volkswagen T-Cross into a pole on Raleigh's Road in Melton, west Melbourne, at 9am on Sunday.
