US District Court Judge Lewis Liman reportedly entered a final judgement on Friday, October 31, and signed a new order in regards to the case that has made international headlines, after the suit was dismissed earlier this year.
According to US reports, which cited court documents, the judgement said Baldoni, 41, and his Wayfarer Studios co-plaintiffs failed to file an amended complaint and that Liman alerted and contacted all involved that a final judgement was coming.
Only Lively, 38, responded.
The actress reportedly asked for legal fees to remain active and it was allowed, as well as asking the judge to enter a final judgement.
It was reported Baldoni could appeal the ruling if he and his team decide to do so.
Lively sued Baldoni for alleged sexual harassment on set of the film and accused his team of a smear campaign against her. The actor denied allegations and countersued.
Baldoni also sued The New York Times for $US250 million ($383 million) for libel.
