The deadly Oklahoma City bombing occurred on April 19, 1995, after a truck bomb exploded at the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building, which claimed the lives of 168 people, including 19 children. While delivering his speech at the ceremony, Clinton’s hands appear to shake uncontrollably. Clinton previously addressed the hand tremors and said he does not have Parkinson’s. “If I had Parkinson’s, I wanted to know so I could prepare. And I had it tested and the doctor said ‘no.’ He says it’s just a normal aging phenomenon,” Clinton previously said.
