Best 10 Books in…..Fiction

I’ve comprised a list of the 10 best books from the fiction genre (these books are works of fiction but they may not be classified as part of the other genre’s I’ve done so far). This list is in no particular order and this list is only my opinions based on what books I’ve read in the past. Enjoy!

A historical fiction from WWII follows Grace as she goes to work at a book store in order to gain some working experience. She soon learns the power of story telling and how it can bring a community together during a time of need.

This children’s fantasy book would be good to read to your kids(s). It follows Williams as he receives a castle as a present and soon finds that he figures in the castle come alive. Perfect for fans of “The Indian in the Cupboard” books.

Tom takes up a job as a history teacher but he’s no ordinary teacher. He’s lived history but nobody knows it but him and he soon begins having feelings for the french teacher at his school he teaches.

This book begins a series that revolves around a particular cafe in Japan. This specific cafe allows you to travel back in time, however, there are rules. Each book in the series shows 4 different people and their own reasons for wanting to go back into time.

Rintero works in a book shop owned by his grandfather but he is devastated when his grandfather passes away. Rintero soon meets a cat called Tiger and they end up on a mission to save books from destruction.

This book follows Scout and her brother Jem as they learn of adult attitudes of race and class during the 1930’s but it is seen through the eyes of children who have a much different view than an adult.

Ware meets Jolene one summer and has to learn on his own what it takes to be a hero.

This story follows Willis Reed towards the end of the Civil War who must choose between duty to his family and the love of his life. Will he make the right choices?

A manga revolving around a special cat that is taken in by Flora.

Anne Frank and her family (along with some others) have gone into hiding from the Nazi’s. The book chronicles Anne and her family while they are in hiding.
