Back by popular demand, timing the shoe’s return in the market with the Ryder Cup creates a seamless link between sport, lifestyle, and environmental awareness. It’s a niche that differentiates Wilson’s brand in a crowded marketplace. Since launching in 2016, Good Man Brand has evolved from apparel into high-end footwear. Russell Wilson entered the 2025 season with a clear vote of confidence from Giants head coach Brian Daboll. But that narrative has shifted since then following an uneven performance so far. Coach Daboll made the call to bench Wilson in favor of rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart. While he avoided talking about the ‘why’ of the change, he clarified it was solely his decision. “I don’t think any rookie quarterback is ever just ‘ready to play,’” Daboll noted. “You put him in there because you think he’s done enough to show you that he can go out there and compete. And he’s done that every step of the way.” So, for now, the QB depth has Jaxson placed at the top as QB1, Russ at the backup, and Jameis Winston as the third-string quarterback. But Wilson’s not worried.

I’m focused on helping Jaxson. – I’m not giving up on us in this season.” Wilson shut down any questions surrounding a trade or release, committing himself to developing the team from the sidelines.
