Anthony Iracane is back on Below Deck, and in a preview of the next episode, he starts working with outgoing chef Lawrence Snowden and teases a possible clash. Anthony was the chef for most of Below Deck season 11, though he ended up leaving after episode 12, with Nick Tatlock replacing him for the rest of the season. He didn't leave on great terms, so it came as a surprise when chief stew Fraser Olender recommended him to replace Lawrence in the most recent episode of Below Deck season 12. Lawrence gave his notice at the start of the episode after he couldn't handle the pressure of the job, even before the guests ever showed up.
