It's a tight race, but Astarion might have the best character story inBaldur's Gate 3. While the vampire spawn initially comes across as little more than offhandedly heartless, following his narrative arc all the way reveals a complex character shaped by extensive trauma, and voice actor Neil Newbon delivers some fantastic climactic scenes regardless of which path you choose for the character.
