Paramount Pictures has announced that their theatrical release connected to Avatar: The Last Airbenderwill now premiere in theaters on October 9, 2026, after previously being scheduled to debut on January 30, 2026. It's been quite some time since the studio provided audiences with any updates regarding the release date of the highly anticipated project. The October 2026 release date was previously held by the sequel to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. That project has also been delayed, as Paramount organizes its upcoming film slate.
