Authorized and Unauthorized Riots

As we braced for the sixth day of turmoil in the City of the Angels, it dawned on me that what we’re observing is an authorized riot. In fact, according to Jessica Tarlov, whose commentary one can hear on the Fox News program “The Five,” this riot is nothing more significant than a peaceful demonstration that turned unruly because Trump had the audacity to send in the National Guard.
